- Planning, development, implementation, and measurement of all Corporate & Marketing Communication strategies and activities for both internal and external.
This includes directing the efforts of the Corporate & Marketing Communications staff and coordination at the
strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Red Bull MOBILE.
- Oversee integration, implementation, and measurement of the corporate brand
strategy across all aspects of the business.
- Direct the development and execution of an integrated digital Marketing strategy that
drives customer engagement and lead nurturing, while gathering and reporting
meaningful data analytics for future decision making.
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of all activities including advertising, public relations, events, sponsorship, partnership, promotions and sales tools.
- Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results.
- Collaborate with product management, creative and content teams, and distribution
partners to create integrated Marketing programs that drive interest, influence and
achieve sales and growth targets.
- Operational focus on: objectives, KPIs and ROIs, concepts, creatives, marketing campaigns, ideation - brand experience, brand activation, experiential marketing and World of Red Bull.
- Lead the activities of the Corporate & Marketing Communications Departments including
managing department personnel, short-term and long-term scheduling, resource
needs, and developing and managing the annual Corporate & Marketing Communications budget.

- Oversee development and implementation of an PHAPs social and digital media strategy and social and media sub-function in order that a subfunction is in place working to an agreed strategy.
- Manage PHAPs digital and social media channels, advising on best practice, developments and ways of working in order to ensure that PHAP is using its digital channels to best effect.
- Manage and oversee digital communications campaigns and support the rest of the communications team in order to integrate digital communications techniques into campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital communications methods and techniques and advise on changes and adaptations to the use of digital and social media in order that these can be performance managed and continuously improved.
- Plan and manage the delivery of innovative and effective digital products and campaigns, including large website development projects, intranet development and the delivery of portals and apps in order to ensure that PHAP is using digital products to best effect.
- Prepare detailed project plans and cost estimates for digital communications projects and develop these into briefs for both external agencies and internal stakeholders as required in order that effective plans are in place to deliver projects internally and with external agencies.
- Manage relationships with external providers such as website designers, application designers and graphic designers as required in order that the benefits of these relationships are secured.
- Create digital content for PHAPs digital and social media channels in order that these channels can be effectively utilized.
- Contribute to the development of digital communications policies and processes in order that these incorporate social and digital media strategy considerations and expertise.
- Besides Managing digital channels, I managed Internal communication department temporarily for 6 months and I implemented about 40 different campaigns, accompanied by 15 activities and 10 development initiatives for the department in terms of workflow, content and channels, in addition to creating a strategy, policy and work process and requirements from external vendors.
- Besides Managing digital channels, I am representing the communications Department in managing its projects and initiatives within the main PHAP operating plan.
- Besides Managing digital channels, I have been appointed as Acting Head of communication for 5 months, focusing on the developing a strategy with timeframes for department functions operations: Branding - Internal communication - PR and Digital Channels, and the expansion of the activities and focus areas, create communication master strategy, functions policies, framework for each function and 1 year plan for activities, propose a new restructure exercise for the department with a new vision and determine how to achieve the main program objectives, initiatives and other affiliated entities through the Communication Department.
