Manage quality & Labs on Al Watania poultry company
We have 3 departments.Quality Assurance, Labs, and Quality control. There is almost 150 employees most of them are food specialists .We have to prepare all the quality documents and conduct annual audit plan.we are finalizing very advanced labs.The last department check all the processes.
To maintain and improve the quality system in SABIC Head Quarter according to ISO-9000. Also conducting and supervising the internal quality audits and coordinating the external one.
As a result of the audit findings plus some changes on the organization we did some improvements on the business processes using some methodologies such as lean six sigma.
Project lead BPI on OE department to lead the team of the automation of some SABIC quality initiatives such as quality internal audit, suggestion system and Quality Incident Report.
Project lead BPI and a focal point to lead & submit all the required documents to apply for King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA).
Project lead BPI to coordinate, map and integrate all SABIC HR processes according to ARIS software such as OE processes, workforce planing, Compensation& Benefits, Recruitment ........etc.
Consultant to prepare the SABIC Fire training center to be register to ISO 9000 2008
Consultant to prepare SABIC Information Center and Metal SBU to be on SABIC scope of the ISO certificate
Participated with OE/OD team to conduct and analyze many surveys such as Culture survey(2006), customer satisfaction survey(2005) and share service surveys (2006, 2007, and 2010).
conduct an assessment for all 18 SABIC affiliates on the quality activities, projects, resources, obstacles........etc.
Quality facilitator on the TQM department to maintain and improve the quality system in SABIC Head Quarter according to ISO-9000. Also conducting and supervising the internal quality audits and coordinating the external one.

My major responsibilities was to prepare all SASO Labs to be accredieted according to ISO 17025.I reviewed both the test methods and the reference materials make sure that they are updated.

documents needed for lab accreditation related to chemical lab only
Director of Quality Control Labs in SASO which
includes eight sections (Chemical, Food, Mechanical, Textile,
Pesticide, General Material, Building Material & Electrical).
These labs did hundreds of tests according to very authentic tests methods such as ASTM, ISO, BSI......etc using a standard references.
Also there are more than eighty researchers, specialists, and technicians conducting these tests and issue analysis reports.
My responsibilities is to manage all the activities taking on consideration the competency of all the employees, the accuracy of all tests and results, use the advanced instruments, and improve all the processes to satisfy customers.

of samples according to Saudi, international, ASTM, BS, ISO .....etc. I did analyze samples of Water, Petrochemical products, food, detergents, soil, cement, building materials, textile, aerosols….etc by using many different advanced analytical instruments such as AA, GC, GCMS, HPLC, XRF and radiation detection system.
