Report directly to the Cloud Practice Director, Professional Services with a quota based role.
Maintain and project a solid understanding of all cloud product from different vendors (Oracle, SAP, Sage...etc.).
Recruit, manage, mentor, and professionally develop a practice of best in class delivery consultants.
Define team enablement plans for the Cloud practice domain by consulting role.
Participate in the pre-sales process with services sales, Engagement Project Managers, and consulting architects to understand customer business,
technical objectives and product requirements, in order to build client relationships, scope opportunities, and deliver effective solutions.
Create and enhance project proposals (scope, level of effort estimates, and schedules) and SOWs.
Play a key role and contribute to growing the practice, business, and clients relationship.
Provide support and guidance to consultants on technical, delivery, and operational issues and help them work through obstacles to their success.
Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements
Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
Carrying out risk assessment and making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.
Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
Overseeing the project accounting, costing and billing.
Understanding Oracle HCM requirements and envisage various solutions for HRMS, Self Service, Payroll, Performance Management and Training
management and to map and feed these onto the Oracle Applications.
Following Oracle HCM project execution methodology covering the activities of requirements gathering, solution design, solution configuration, review and testing.
Participating on pre-sales activities and responses to customer RFPs.
Involved in Root Cause Analysis for production issues and worked on Bug fixes.

• Analyze & Understand key business process flows and make change recommendations based on system functionality and internal requirements.
• Implementation of Oracle core HR, payroll, SSHR and OLM.

1. Responsible for consulting IT and business management on applying technology to business process.
2. Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing systems as they relate to Oracle Applications.

a. Analyzes business and user needs.
b. Documents requirements and develop the solution architecture.
c. Designs and specifies functional and technical solutions.
d. Provides project management through solution implementation.
4. Designs demo cycles to ensure that implemented solutions conforms to business processes and requirements.
5. Conducts CRP sessions and User Acceptance Training.
6. Conduct pre-sales activities including health check, demonstrations, presentations, responding to RFPs and gap analysis workshops.
7. Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned applications, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction
1. Responsible for providing Oracle applications solutions to an exclusive range of clients across a range of high profile assignments.
2. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of solution and analysis design and testing phases, producing solution design and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases.
