o Monitoring proper implementation of Restaurant policies and procedures through constant visits to the restaurants in the assigned area

o Developed and executed recruitment policies and procedures, whereby quality control on processes was imposed into the business functions according to set target and guidelines.
o Directly worked with Top Management and handled full cycle recruitment and On-Boarding of Executive and Senior Management positions in the company.
o Managed mass recruitment campaigns within strict recruiting budget and hiring-country employment regulations; Collaborated with respective embassies of hiring countries to execute direct recruitment in the effort to eliminate agent fees imposed on candidates and company’s recruitment fees; Initiated ongoing sourcing from different countries in view of diversifying manpower - some of which were firsts in the company and/or in Kuwait.
o Successfully managed major HR projects through In-House Recruitment for newly-launched companies in the group. This includes full recruitment and on-boarding of critical roles and acclaimed for meeting target within shortened timeline.
o Spearheaded numerous HR projects such as HR Policies, Employee Handbook, On-Boarding Program, Job Profiles, HR Policies, Employee Referral Program, HR Manpower Pool, HR Cost-Saving Project, Designation Mapping, etc. - some of these projects are currently ongoing.
o Designed and executed Recruitment Service Level Agreement. This includes authoring all relevant forms, templates, trackers, and performance metrics utilized for day-day operations and business presentations as gauge on company-wide recruitment performance and adherence to departmental budget and financial objectives.
