o Project Make Over: Designing Storage facility and Standard operating procedures for Bath and Body Works, new brand of Health and Beauty division.
o Project Stroller: Migration of Mother care H&T inventory to 3pl logistics provider (Agility). Designed and agreed the Migration process with Brand, IT and Audit team
o Project Inventory: To provide the storage solution for inventory and updating the system (WMS & KCC) as per physical inventory. Got a Letter of Appreciation from Chief Operating Officer (COO) for successfully delivering the project.
