General Job Description
Responsible for planning, Public Relations, Marketing, Quality Assurance, developing, coordinating, directing and administering all policies relating to all phases of Customer Relations. Devise new strategies/programs for customer retention, Customer Care, CSI, Customer satisfaction committee etc. Perform the role of Management Representative for ISO 9000 and its compliance. Coordinate with TMC Customer service department for all issues related to Public Relations & Marketing.
Supervise public relations (Automotive Service Garages).Plan and Follow-up all matters of cars.
Planning and follow-up customer service department.
In charge of the sales for all co-op’s in Kuwait & vending machine department (Coffee sandwiches and snacks).
Selling medical and scientific instruments & chemicals. & laboratory equipment's.
