- Liaise with business heads & managers to implement & continuously improve all Core Banking systems & all of their related applications
- Liaise with business teams and key staff personnel to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Provide technical support and expertise with respect to the development and Integration of IT projects and new systems
- Participate in developing RFPs & in selecting third party vendors
- Develop required documentation for all new IT/Finance core system/e-channel projects

- Manage the team of developers wherever Core Banking integration is involved
- First line support for all incidents and problems that occur on the banking applications
- Liaise with business division heads & key staff personnel to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Provide technical support & expertise with respect to the development & integration of IT projects & new financial systems
- Patch testing of bug fixes for applications before deploying them on production
- Develop required documentation for all IT systems and maintain them
- Ensure that the developed solutions satisfy the business and operational requirements they were created for
- Performing and delivering projects related to branch systems, and setting up new branch related activities
Responsible for the bank's application-related projects' scope definitions, execution plans, resource allocation & management, making sure they're delivered on time & with the best possible quality standards...
