• Participate in developing and implementing of all solution related to HR development, this include job analysis and evaluation, compensation and benefits, competency framework, performance management, career development and succession planning to ensure these process are going according the company vision.
• Analyze the company organization structure to ensure it is aligned with the company long term goals.
• Conduct studies and research to identify leading practices to propose a tools and solutions in line with best practices to improve performance.
• Participate in the planning of the annual HR plan to ensure that all activities are aligned with the company goals and objectives.

• Verify, check and reconcile all reimbursements made to employees are in line with Company approved policies and procedures. This includes reimbursement of all expenses relating to business travel, medicals, schooling, relocation, annual leave and travel tickets and recruitment expenses for prospective recruits.
• Verify, check and make data entry of all transactions related to the change in compensation and benefits arising from promotion and merit increases in accord with approved guidelines and approved budgets.
• Verify, check and reconcile the computation of leaving employees final settlement package, including the end of service benefits to be paid are in accord with the Saudi employment laws and company policies.
• Train and develop staff within the section to become more versatile and ensure adequate back-up on all jobs in case of emergency or planned leave or sudden departures.
