" Provide the finance unit with details of any changes required to the coding structure etc and calculation of KPIs etc resulting from the Business Plan.
" Ensure the accuracy of all plan and actual financial and non-financial information incorporated in all Balanced Scorecards across the division (Unit and Department levels).
