Preparing and submitting monthly valuations, Coordination, joint verification and finalizing with consultant.
Measure Quantities by analyzing phase & IFC drawings, compare with Tender BOQs/Drawings, and determine variation items and the impact of variations on Budget.
Check and verify Material Purchase Request (MPR) and compare with BOQ Quantities.
Prepare Actual and forecast progress report to monitor construction actives on monthly basis and to compare with planned progress.
Check and Verify sub-contractor and Supplier Invoices ensure quantities & specs are in line with project specs.
Review Log, extract site daily activities, and evaluate executed work to prepare interim payments.
