Talent management; Performance monitoring and corrective training sessions. Organizing team meets and one on one / ‘How are you’ sessions.

Perform joining orientations, onboarding as well as releasing formalities and exit interviews.
Employee relations; Facilitating effective communications with workforce.
Handling grievances and informing about norms and practices to the employees.
Leave management and settlement processing.
Maintaining employee data in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Gallant and Oracle’s Cyrus.
