• To create JIRA tasks on a monthly basis for all the BAU reports scheduled as per
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi- annually and Annually.
• Create reports for Consumer Duty task to give an overview of different customers
based on their various activity of Dormancy, Online/Offline registered customers,
Immigration Act and other regulatory reports.
• Work closely with business on various ad-hoc requests.
• Successfully worked on automating reports by converting a 120-step manual
excel report in Brio application to a simple 5 steps SQL hence saving 3 hours of
time on the same.
• The automation involved working with Ab-Initio team to set- up the report as per
the schedule.
• As part of Brio Hyperion decommissioning worked on various reports migration to
SQL and tested the same before pushing into production.
• Worked on QlikView dashboard report explaining graph of the closed accounts.
• Loading of CSV file into the Teradata and vice-versa
• Using excel to create pivots, Charts and sorting techniques to create a story with
the data set.

• Working in Operations team, I am responsible to work on day-to-day tickets
along with any issues observed in FA product.
• Co-ordinate with several members of internal team GSMO, Product support
team, SRE, DBA team as well as development team to resolve any queries.
• Participating in PI planning, refinement meeting and take up development
tasks.
• Give demo to QA team for development tasks.
• Create migration scripts using DB Links.

Invoice loading and pick up slow running queries and tune them.

• Assisted in re-writing Queries which improved the cost from several crores to
few thousands.
• Clean up of non-Ascii characters in DB which caused spinning wheel issue on
GUI.
• Thorough analysis of queries using Execution Plan, various sessions with DBA
to understand the optimal plan for Queries.
• Actively checking for execution plans during the upgrade to 19c Oracle.
Monitoring stale indices, stats gathering, Index rebuilding activities.

• Environment Setup, Coding, debugging, integration and testing activities of
the deliverables on an ongoing basis - prepare comprehensive Test plan (Unit
Test plan for unit Testing)
• Prepare Technical (Design) and program specifications/ related documents.
• Co-ordinate with BSA and Testing teams to ensure timely resolution for
enhancements, defects.
• Triage technical issues reported by BSA, performing analysis to identify root
causes and appropriate remediation steps.
• Responsible for Code check-in to TFS and updating the code changes on
weekly basis.
