Configure Corporate Data Connections to connect between Headquarter and branches
Configure IP telephony to connect Customers to our Cisco Unified Call Manager
Configure Cisco Gateways/Routers (IP to IP gateways), Cisco Switches, VLANs, DHCP server, NAT(static and dynamic)
Configure Residential Internet connections including various kinds of Residential ADSL Wireless Routers and USB modems

Troubleshoot & monitor FastTelco’s core equipments and links to our upstream provider

Providing first level support for emailing issues, domain, POP3, SMTP, MX records, nslookup and all DNS issues
Providing support for field engineers & technicians during their site visits or new installation
Central source of intimation to customers of scheduled maintenance, service disruptions and problems noticed as originating from customer networks(viruses, worms)
