Role and Responsibilities
•Lead the recruitment team Mumbai (Domestic & International), Baroda and Aurangabad.
•Hired 100 Lateral positions (International 25/ Domestic 75).
•Managed hiring of 2000 employees for various international processes (08-09) at CSA level; 1500 employees for domestic Insurance process and 1700 employees for telecom across Maharashtra.
•Heading Vendor management, Support team, M.I.S, Audits BS7799, ISO and COPC certification as well as and Client Interface.
•Working with Business Development team on providing data to support R.F.I and R.F.Q stages.
•Attending Exit Interviews and managing integration of feedback into system for hiring prospects.

•Conducted Customer Service / V&A training for 1000+ participants for Sitel, Zenta, Accenture, M-Source, ICICI One Source (M&S, Lloyds TSB, Jean-Onetel), Trinity, BUPA London and Morgan Chase.
•Assisted the content development team on British Culture training modules and BD for client presentations

•Attending to customer calls and assisting them with queries related to credit card accounts
