Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to obtain ADNOC L&S Management Approval in specified & approved format on case by case basis to participate or decline in the Tender after the Expression of Interest is received from the Clients/Customer.
• Review of information about the Scope of work & services request in the tender documents and proposal preparations.
• Manage and review inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving different departments (Diving, Oil Spill, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and contracts).
• Manage bid preparation in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
• Delivery of compliant & professionally complied proposals within customer defined timeframes.
• Collaboration with the Finance Team to prepare the Commercial bid as applicable (Techno-Commercial or 2 stage bidding).
• Attend the Mid Tender/ Clarification meetings along with Operations/Finance Departments as required.
• Lead the tender process - setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome.
• Attend all post- tender meetings/clarifications and acknowledge receipt of Letter of Award, if any,
• Follow-up all subsequent Contract requirements/documentations till signing of Contract.
• Attend meetings with Clients and assist in the initiation of renewals, claims, variations and amendments for all existing revenue contracts within the ADNOC Group Companies and outside Clients.
• Responsible for preparing and compiling all letters and other correspondences along with supporting documents to Clients and negotiations with Clients. Scheduling meetings with Operations and Finance Departments and Management, if required, for rate revisions and renewals of contracts.
• Actively involved in the preparation of Business Cases to be submitted for Shareholder Approvals.
• Prepare BIMCO Bareboat and Time Charter Contracts for chartered in vessels.
• Support with data to forecasting and budget process
• Responsible for data analysis, information updates, market analysis, preparing reports, also responsible for maintaining project revenue and tender records.
• Devise strategy to acquire new business and enhance growth of the company. Research all potential areas of risks and cost savings.
• Responsible for liaising with all Clients within the ADNOC Group Companies, Companies within the UAE & GCC for Company Registration.
• Responsible for conducting inspections on vessels and coordinating with Clients for arranging these inspections within UAE and outside.
• Responsible for submitting to Management, Business Department KPls and Strategy plans.
Key Achievements
• Completed Four years with continuous "Exceed Expectation" performance.
• Recently won major tender from ADNOC PPA for a contract value of more than AED 40 million.
• Got the Fax of Award for Diving Service in Das Island for the contract value AED 1, 800, 000 from ISCCO.
• Received the Letter of Award for Chartering of Landing Craft from ADNOC for the contract value of AED 300, 000.

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
• Perform all contracts related process including pre-qualification, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract administration.

• Prepare paperwork related to Oilfield Security Passes for Security and Oil Installation department.
• Provide documentation support to the PRO for the various letters/documents related to procurement, new & renewal of visa’s/permits/passports etc for staff and contractors
Key Achievements
• Gone through the complete tendering process of two stage bidding for Al Hosn Gas (AHG), Waste Disposal Project, and got the Fax of Award after qualifying Technical & Commercially.
• Supplied Tube Bundles for Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger to Takreer.
• Procured the material for the construction of Walkway Bridge for NDC.
• Negotiated with AHG, for the supply of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and received the Order for the supply of STP.
• Supplied Sewage Treatment Plant on rental basis to NDC
• Prepared & Submitted tender for NDC, Physical Inventory and successfully won the contract.
• Implemented ISO procedures for the certification of Al-Wazan Trading in 9001; 14001; 18001
• Responsible for Internal Audit for Al-Wazan Trading
• Supplied Containers for office set-up, according to Fertil specifications
• Supplied Polyglycol chemical to ADCO
• Submitted Zinc Carbonate & Soda Ash Tenders to ADCO & was technically accepted for commercial bid.
