• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting
• Handling the day to day accounting activities for account payable& receivable.
• Supplier reconciliation on quarterly, half yearly & monthly basis&Receive payment certificates from all sites
• Bank & cash reconciliation & other ledger reconciliation
• Petty cash handling on daily basis & reconcile it on monthly basis
• Collection of invoices from the supplier for cash & the credit transaction & feeding the same in the system to generate a report quarterly, half yearly & monthly basis
• Compiles financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledgers, journals and other business transactions& petty cash.
• Manage daily finance and accounting operations to support business activities and the organization growth together with the Finance Manager
• Assist and update payment status and solve queries of sub-contractors.
• Accounting data feeding in the system
• Assisting the finance manager in preparation of balance sheet quarterly, half yearly, yearly.
• Dealing with the bank forongoing corporate finance of company project.
• Maintain A/R records; prepare statements, bills and invoices; process payments; respond to customer inquiries regarding account status; and reconcile expenses to general ledger.
