Events: Creating, conceptualizing and organizing SAS hosted events from start to finish (preparation and follow up included). Sponsoring highly vetted third party events to reinforce SAS’s brand image.
Account Days: Setting up account days with specific customers to educate them about solutions that will be relevant to their business.
Public Relations: Managing the complete relationship with the PR agency to keep SAS abuzz in the news through different channels like press releases, interviews with SAS experts, media roundtables etc.
Webinars: Organizing webinars with the local teams to keep the SAS user based informed about latest developments in our solutions. Promoting and participating in the webinars organized by the global marketing teams.
Channel Marketing: Hosting joint events with partners for audiences in targeted verticals in specific regions. Collaborating with partners to run joint webinars funded via MDF.
Marketing Plan: Assisting the Marketing manager in the development of the yearly marketing plans and assignment of budgets to different activities by collaborating with sales and pre-sales heads.
CRM System: Working with SAS developed CRM systems so as to ensure all the leads from various activities are logged within the system and are being tracked and nurtured.
Social Media - Updating the social media pages for the Middle East via platforms like Sprinklr with local and global content.
Reference program: Developing customer case studies with prospective customers who are happy with the implemented solution. Handling reference requests from the sales teams who are looking for potential references in other parts of the world via the global offices
Client Relationships: Managing marketing activities for: EMC, Alcatel Lucent, Canon, Red Hat, Black & Decker and ResortRunway.com.
Client Liaison: Understand client requirements and communicate the same to the teams in order to ensure smooth development and delivery of deliverables.
E-Commerce: Successfully implemented an e-commerce portal (www.ResortRunway.com).
Events: Collaborated with clients from concept to execution of various events/stands like Alcatel Lucent’s stand at Gitex Technology Week 2013 and EMC Forum 2013.

Testing each and every option provided in order to detect bugs and report them to Symantec for fixing and corrections.
Regular visits to Symantec for meetings so as to check for updates and new developments in the product.
