Responsibilities
 Support part research
 Receiving and checking parts, tools and materials completing and
maintaining record details (Identification number, quantity, prices)
of items stored in the power station warehouse
 Compiling all records related to stock items and inventory
 To be responsible for all documentation such as the Receiving
Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving
Report Slow Moving Item Report
 Originates material requests to support customer
service/operations and tracks inventory through the material
management system
 Assists and advises customers
 Follows orders to completion including material return, if necessary
 Maintains stock items at a desired level to meet efficiency
standards
 Possess manual dexterity
 Physical condition to perform job duties
 Flexibility to work varied hours/days (holidays, weekends,
overtime/call outs)
 Unloads incoming shipments or receives incoming shipments of
items
 Stock shelves as required, keeps inventory records
 Stocks shelves with appropriate items and assures labeling of units
is both correct and visible
 Prepares items for shipment to customers, other sites, or for return
to vendors
 Dispense material to warehouse customers/other associates
 Responsible for updating the statuses to support planning and
scheduling
 Preparing of all type of the MIV (Materials Issue Voucher)
 Preparing of all type of the MRV (Materials Received Voucher)
 Preparing of all type of the MTFN (Materials Transfer Note (Branch
to Branches)

 Preparing of all type of the DN (Delivery Note)
 Team to identify Inventory problem areas and communicates them
up and through the organization using appropriate means of
communication
