Keeps the management informed of key security aspects as facilitated when attended meeting with DTCM and CID - Hotel Section concerning New Years Eve celebrations etc.

In-charge and responsible for all departmental activities.

Random checking of operational staff working in bars and restaurants.

Departmental Trainer and conducting departmental training sessions.

Trained CCTV operator and operating CCTV surveillance equipment during investigations.

Supervising hotel as well as contracting staff.

Conducting daily briefings with information of daily events and new information.

Random checking of all security officers.

Documenting and filing of all paper work including incident reports, duty rosters, training plans and Performa’s.

Certified First Aider for provision of medical assistance to casualties when required.

Conducting interviews with staff as well as guests in case of reported incident.

Assisting support teams such as Dubai Police and Civil Defense in case of criminal activities or emergency responses.

Working as Security In-charge.

Trained member of Fire Fighting Team for the organisation.

Playing a key role during alarm and emergency responses during evacuation procedures and drill exercises of hotel and suites buildings on the premises

Responsibilities: As the Head of the department, in-charge of the day-to-day hotel security safety and operations. Supervising and monitoring of the digital surveillance cameras through CCTV, regular patrolling & checking of premises to control and manage the various accesses to and from the building. Investigate and prepare incident reports to forward to all concerned. If needed, to contact the Local Authorities for legal action. Keep and maintain the various kinds of log books for key, visitors, labors and contractor, incoming and outgoing items, safe box opening, lost and found and parking. Implement various rules and procedures of the hotel to ensure the effective safe and a secure environment. Conduct evacuation procedure to make employees familiarize with the system to help colleagues, guests and visitors. Monitoring of fire panel lifts system, emergency exit doors system. Maintain the highest level of the guest care at all time by taking ownership of every complaint and requests from the guests and resolved courteously and promptly.
