•Implementation, review and maintenance of all stores SOP’s
•Responsible for maximizing revenues and flow through to GOP to meet or exceed budgeted.
•Maintaining healthy business relationships with the General Managers of Store Locations
•Analyzing stores performance and provide inputs to optimize Revenue
•Overseeing the stores operations and ensure of daily tasks in accordance to standard procedures along with training programs to enhance selling techniques and Customer Service.
•Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained in store at all times
•Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores.
•Manage sales team and efforts to drive business through effective use of selling techniques, clientele relationship management, and product knowledge.
•Prepare weekly and Monthly reports to analyze overall performance and drive strategies to improve revenue.
•Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and Monthly and Annual sales reports
•Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques, clientele relationship management, and product knowledge.
•Ensure that each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment
•Responsible for organizing stock on floor and in stock room area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and communicating information regarding best sellers and any other product details to management.
•Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc)
•Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.
•Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained in store at all times
•Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores.
•Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store.
•Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery & maintenance in the store.
•Build and Maintain client relationships while ensuring that client’s orders are executed with speed and accuracy and to standards.
•Handle customer complaints in regards to Furniture Deliveries. •Co-ordinate between the Showroom, Warehouse and Clients
•Follow standard operating procedures and not deviating from the guidelines that are stipulated within the standard operations.
•Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
•Assist in locating specific merchandise, answering queries and providing information regarding prices all commodities.
•Managing the cash till, selling, issuing change, receipts.
•Arrange merchandise display in an attractive manner and tagging.
•Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements.
•Train new sales staff.
•Resolving customer complaints within the parameters of company policy.
•Ensure correct data is fed into the data systems.
•Assist in Market research for various client Companies
