• Recruiting positions at all levels in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Ports, IT, Real Estate and Construction Industries.
• Recruiting: Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal, making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
• Marketing/Advertising: increasing the Company’s profile to reach a broader and wider market of candidates, finding new, innovative, and creative ways to make DIPS an appealing and desirable agency.
• Project Planning and controlling based on specific conditions (Tools as Primavera)
• Monitoring Progress throughout the Construction Process and Comparing This with the Projected Schedule of Work Using Project Controlling Sheets.
• Reviews and analyses drainage systems for storm water or floodplains to ensure safety of the ecosystem; designs necessary structures such as bridges to safeguard the area.
• Monitoring of Sub-contractor/Vendor’s progress reports and their contractual implications.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports for Overall Projects.
• Implementation of the project cost tracking system to monitor and analyze the budget, commitments, actual cost and cost variances.
• Forecast project cost and cash flow, Prepare summary level cost reports and monthly cost reports.
• Coordinating with Client/Architect/Design Consultant/Contractor during different stages of project life cycle.
