Reports to Chief Executive Officer and is Incharge for HR / PR / ADMIN Operations
Prepare and implement HR Policies, Manual and HR related forms.
Recruitment, Staffing and legal formalities like Agreement, Visa Procedures or Mobility Procedures, LMRA & GOSI Updation, CPR Procedures and Family Visa Processing as required.
Attendance Management and Processing, Payroll Processing, Leave Management, Travel arrangements & Leave Salary Processing.
Performance Appraisal, Agreement Renewal, Visa Renewal and to implement proper training schedule to monitor resources.
Schedule and conduct employee welfare activities.
Employee separation formalities includes Indemnity calculation and Processing, Full & final settlement formalities, Visa Cancellation or Mobility procedures.
In charge of PR Operations
In charge for Administration functions of Group.
• Managing and participate in Manpower Planning & Recruitment.
• Vital contributor to the development and implementation of HR operations mainly Employee Relations, Employee Welfare, Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Statutory Compliance, Employee education and training, Grievance Handling.
• Benefits administration, and salary administration.
• Day to day Assistants to the Contractors for Contract Labors.
• MIS report preparation on daily and monthly basis, like GEMS, CFS, GM's HR Report, Corporate MIS, Training Report, Accounts Support MIS, and Staff Accommodation Report.
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation.
• Participates in Budgeting and Forecasting, Controlling Absenteeism, Time Management.
• Participating in HR Surveys and/or conducts wage survey with the Corporate HR Department.
• Exit interview process, Writes separation notices for employees separating with cause, PF Withdrawal Formalities, Final Clearance and Settlement.
. Managing Manpower Planning, Recruitment, developing, and implementing human resources activities, policies, procedures, IR and programs.
• Activities relating to staffing, employee education and training, management development, Statutory Compliance, Grievance Handling, affirmative action, benefits administration, and salary administration.
• MIS report preparation on daily and monthly basis.
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organization goals.
• Keeps records of Employees Database, insurance coverage, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Participates in Budgeting and Forecasting, Controlling Absenteeism, Time Management.
• Compensation and benefit surveys and/or conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate and remain apprised of current trends.
• Writes separation notices for employees separating with cause, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
