Oversee the overall operations of Import Shipping process of CMA CGM, APL, Maersk Line, Hamburg Sud & Hoegh Line.
Working as Shipping Line Agent for Import shipments. Receive EDI/Manifest from Shipping Line and prepare Import documentations process for each vessel in Multi Liner Agency Resource Planning System
Receive Freight sheet from Shipping Line and update collect charges for each BL on vessel basis.

Updating Riyadh In-bound movements of containers such as Delivery, Empty-In, Back load & Export both in Kanoo & Maersk Line Systems on daily basis.
Send Cargo arrival notification to consignee
Correspondence with Shipping Lines regarding Delivery Order issues & container and Car release
Customer remittance status advise to Counter Staff
Advise clients on Import queries, shipping line detention tariff, letter of indemnity and other customs related matters.
Issue Import Documentation receipts & DO number and Container Return Note
Issue Empty Container Release for Export.
Satisfying Customer by means of proper advice on their B/L queries.
Resolving all the issues related to shipments, Customs, Detention Free time, freight pre-paid, freight collect etc.
Monthly statistics preparation
Train operations associates in terms of shipping system updates and the core workflow
Perform the role of ISO Quality Control of the Branch.
Perform the role of Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator
Coordinating Area Management activities as per the advice from Manager CP & Directors.
Arranging business trips for Directors and Principals
Flight reservation & hotel booking
Receiving Emails & replying with appropriate, adequate information on time.
Arranging Inter-Divisional monthly meeting
Preparation of minutes of meeting.
Controlling and maintaining filing system.
