▪ Responsible for HSE Management systems establishing & maintaining.

▫ Assist rkw- Egypt to be awarded by 1st place within rkw- Group in 2018, 2019 & reach zero LTIFR in 2020.
▫ Establishing and maintaining HSE systems from scratch, based on local and international regulations.
▫ Establishing and maintaining risk assessment for the whole plant and activities.
▫ Work on LTIFR Reduction from 27 to 0 within 2017, 2018 & 2019.
▫ Support in the execution of rkw- Group safety initiatives, i.e. rkw- group 10 safety golden rules.
▫ Supervising the new extension projects in 2017 “Phase-3” & Fire pump’s room relocation project.
▫ Support in legal requirements fulfilment; Civil defence approval, boiler license & EIA study for the new extension projects.
▫ Support the QA team in FMEA study for the new Multicolour machine qualification.
▫ Support QA team and production team in Operation excellence projects; Reduction of start-up scrap after short stop, reuse of recycled material and acted as project’s facilitator till Aug-2019.
▫ Leading the COVID -19 crises management.
▫ Participating in CUT-Zero project. Target: reduce cut accidents to Zero cuts by end of 2021.

▪ Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental protection.
▪ Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
▪ Managing Health, Safety & Environment systems in accordance to OHSAS: 18001 and ISO: 14001
▪ Achievements:
▫ Passed critical audit, by EEAA, after a serious claim with the help of top management.
▫ Passed OHSAS: 18001 & ISO: 14001 audits 2 times with the team.
▫ Build HSE training library with the HR team.
▫ Support HR team in conducting HSE induction for the employees/ Management in head office.

▪ Worked as Drilling wastes management field operator; responsible for the operation of dry location systems and centrifuges, during drilling operations, worked on onshore and offshore rigs.
▪ Worked as filtration operator for different types of filtration units, during workover operations, worked on onshore and offshore rigs.
▪ Achievements:
▫ Assisting the responsible management to start filtration job, as a new branch for the company, by performing self-studies about the filtration unit’s operation, testing and rig installations.
