Responsibilities
¬ Generate revenue in line with budgeted Profit for Parts Department
¬ Monitor the overhead expenses and ensure healthy P & L
¬ Lead the team to achieve department and Principal KPIs
¬ Business Development plans
¬ Marketing campaigns and sales promotions
¬ Managing 7 branches and 5 warehouses.
¬ Manpower planning and recruitment
¬ Guide and support sales team to achieve sales goals and major deals.

Responsibilities
¬ Responsible for the parts procurement for below brands and products.
o Hyundai Cars, Truck and Buses
o ACDelco Batteries
o MOBIS PL2 Batteries and Lubes (Aftermarket brand from MOBIS)
o Exide Batteries
o Sebang Global Batteries
¬ PDI related miscellaneous purchases
¬ Principal interaction for business plan, achievements, negotiations and related procurement activities
¬ Ensures highest CSI in coordination with Service & Warehouse.
¬ Branch Planning through automated programs.
¬ Inventory control and liquidation proposals.
¬ Key user for SAP to initiate new developments and running program improvements for efficient running of the department.

Responsibilities
Ø Planning, Scheduling, Follow-ups etc for the OE Parts as per the Vehicle production
plan.
Ø Vendor evaluation
Ø Costing
Ø New part development.
Ø Freight negotiation.
Ø Marketing and sales of the Mobile Cranes, Excavators, imported Forklifts, High capacity
Cranes, Tower Cranes etc
Authorized distributor for TATA vehicles in the central & northern part of Kerala
Responsibilities
Ø Marketing and Sales of all TATA Trucks, Buses and cars
