driven decision-making using Power BI and SQL.

Supported POS operations during the FIFA World Cup 2022 across Lusail and 974 Stadiums
and the FIFA Fan Festival. Handled installation, setup, and deinstallation of POS systems
while coordinating with event teams to ensure seamless payment workflows. Conducted
user briefings and pre/post-match equipment checks to maintain operational readiness in a
high-paced environment.

Engaged in outbound sales and lead generation for 3D printing, prototyping, and
manufacturing services. Identified and reached out to qualified prospects through cold
emailing and calling, primarily collaborating with tech startups developing hardware
