*Develop & update all policies, procedures, guidelines & SOP for the Company’s to ensure standard services to satisfy the buyers, customers & stakelolders for sustainable development.

*Human Resources planing, recruitment & selection, job descreption, job contract & job placement
*Management of performance appraisal system, MIS, payroll, employees welfare, discipline, IR & ER
*Ensure overall safety, security, housekeeping & cost effective operation.
*Keep the factory always update for buyers visit & audit along with update documentation.
*Traning need assesment & ensure necessary skill based training for organisations development .
*Look after legal, logistics & other utility services of the compan.
*Maintain good relation with buyers representatives, compliance autditor & 3rd party auditors.
* Conduct training need assessment & plan, design & execution of necessary training for capacity building for organisational development, benefits & growth.
*Check & monitor workers & employees welfare, recreational & motivationl activities, human rights, gender equality, disciplinary action procedures, grivance handling procedures, salary & wages payment system etc.
*Maintain good interpersonal & inter- departmental relations & feedback.
