• Drafting: development of standard documents, contracting principles/policies/procedures.

• Management: of legal team/resources providing advice to management, operation and support teams on all aspects of business from day-to-day transactional documents to large scale engineering and construction projects in United Arab Emirates, India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia.
