• Responsible for overseeing Business Development, Business Performance, and Risk & Management Control for the company and other companies within the group with direct reporting to the Group Managing Director.

• Supervisory role to monitor compliance with policies and procedures and carry out periodic audit and process assessments covering finance, operations, information technology audit and investigations while ensuring and helps keep the company and sister companies from engaging in potentially illegal or unethical or highly risky activities that could get them into hot water.

•Responsible for providing first class relationship management in upstream, midstream, downstream and oil services value-chain banking, project & structured financing including financial advisory, facility agency and arrange/lead underwriting functions for various big ticket transactions.
