Position: HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete Human Resources function of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting business objectives, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
Manage recruitment agencies and job portals.
Prepare employment offers and contracts.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle activities from hiring to separation.
Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting.
Oversee employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
3. Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave deductions, and allowances.
Manage salary reviews, increments, and bonus processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company payroll requirements.
4. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Foster a positive workplace culture.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
5. Performance Management
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and development plans.
Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
Identify training and development needs.
6. Training & Development
Organize employee training programs.
Conduct orientation and induction sessions.
Develop succession planning and career development initiatives.
Monitor training effectiveness and outcomes.
7. Policy & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company regulations.
Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and termination procedures.
Conduct internal HR audits and compliance reviews.
8. Visa & PRO Coordination (UAE)
Coordinate employment visa processing and renewals.
Manage labor contracts and immigration documentation.
Liaise with government authorities and PROs.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and employee documents.
9. HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
Provide workforce planning recommendations.
Analyze HR trends to support business decisions.
10. Strategic HR Management
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
Develop employee retention and succession plans.
Advise management on HR best practices.
