) Organize and maintained QC lab and office
) Handle the QC inspector team and preparing the reports of each inspection, documentation, filing and updating

) Preparing and maintain all documents related to ISO9001, ISO14001, filing and updating
) Preparing NC report for all the held up materials with filing and updating
) Make corrective & preventive action report for all QC related issues (root cause analysis) filing and updating
) Looking for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
) Establish quality procedures, standards and specifications, documentation filing and updating
) Evaluate products, RM and Suppliers, documentation, filing and updating
) Performing Internal Auditing
) Organize R&D department with proper inventory and reports filled and updated
) Preparing Monthly report for QC
) Provide training to all Aerofoam Staff and Workers regarding 5S, six sigma, discipline, housekeeping, kaizen etc…
) Call in QC meeting weekly or twice a week if required

Responsible in Organizing and maintaining QC lab and office.
Maintained all documents related to ISO 9001:2008, filing and updating.
Responsible for Supplier, Process and Customer Quality (Formulates the Quality Policy).
Established quality procedures, standards and specifications, documentation filing and updating.
Performed Inspections for both Inward and outward materials as per ISO, ASTM, BS standards.
Inspection of geometrical dimensions with precision quality instruments (i.e., Profile Projector and other standard measuring instruments), also performed Mechanical & Electrical tests as per standards.
Responsible on preparing NC reports related to quality for External Providers, In-process and customer ends.
Preparing PPAP documents, First Article Inspection and COC Reports. Preparing Monthly report for QC.
Performed Internal Auditing, Responsible for supplier and customer Audits in Organization.
Designing of Structural Bearings (PTFE Bridge Bearings) and AUTO CAD Drafting.
Working experience on CNC machines, Extruders, Hydraulic press and general mechanical machines.
Provided training in organization to Staff and Workers regarding 5S, SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN & DISCIPLINE.
Experience on preparing project reports with LEAN SIX SIGMA knowledge (Green Belt).
