Current Job Description
➢ Responsible for recruiting & building team of support specialists.
➢ Guiding and directing of Specialists with daily work responsibilities, activities/priorities, administrative tasks, service delivery management, cross training and individual career development along with critical issues handling are my day to day activities.
➢ Point of contact for operational issues, representing delivery of services to the customer.
➢ Managing System performance metrics, Monitoring system health; malfunctioning of system reporting, escalation to Global head of service delivery and to solution architect.
➢ Ensure operational excellence by monitoring and ensuring team goals and key contractual commitments and service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all in-scope services.
➢ Obtaining and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
➢ Providing coaching feedback to specialists regarding service delivery, process and technical knowledge, while improving individual skill and technical capacity within their skill sets.
➢ Deep rooted experience in working directly with onsite IT teams (Across Europe)
➢ A high degree of skill and ability to interact with cross functional teams for the successful running of delivery operations nationally and globally.
➢ Team planning and Monitoring the overall team performance for achieving the business goals.

• Working with customers to implement Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX for Finance, Project Accounting, Production, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll Project Kick-off meeting, Existing Business Process reviews and Requirement gathering Fit gap analysis.
• Working with client’s team of professionals to provide services on a large project environment.
• Understand the clients’ business, analyse customer business needs and objectives, assist in determining and meeting their requirements on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Technical enhancement support, Testing, Parameter setting, Master Data and Transactional data upload, Documentation, User Training Manuals Creation, Board meetings, Required Reports Designing for Management etc.
• Team planning and Monitoring the overall team performance for achieving the business goals.

Senior Functional Consultant - Functional Consultant/Lead for the implementation of the D365 and AX 2012 Finance modules. Create or evaluate a breakdown of clients’ businesses processes so that, can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements. Run workshops with clients, consultants and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping. Work with the technical team to make sure that the clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions. Documentations and train clients to use the system.
