Challenging position as a Financial Internal Auditor of Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) with overall experience of end-to-end finance, auditing, accounting and taxation.

1. Development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures
in financial, operational and administrative aspects of the authority.
2. Compliance audit of International Financial Reporting Standard(IFRS).
3. Internal audit reporting responsibility to H.E Chairman of the Authority.

9. Preparation of process documentation for all operational activities and updating changes.

11. Overseeing internal control measures and give direction in operational procedures.
a. External Audit and Finalization of accounts for a wide spectrum of entities such as MNCs, Firms, Hospitals, Trusts etc.
b. Preparation, Finalization and Analysis of Finance Positional Statement and Income Statement.
c. Supervising preparation of statutory Books of Accounts and Financial Report ensuring compliance of applicable Accounting Standards.
d. Computation of Income Tax, Sales Tax
and other government dues.
e. Income Statement Analysis and MIS reporting.
Independent Tax Audit and Statutory audit of Private Limited Companies.
f. Maintenance of Payroll.
g. Review of internal control measures and give audit direction to the entity.
h. Process in-depth theoretical and conceptual knowledge of widely acceptable Taxation, Auditing and Accounting Standards.
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) process includes;
1. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
2. Preparation and Analysis of Vendor’s Aging Report.
3. Supplier’s Balance Confirmation and Reconciliation.
4. Initiation of vendor’s payment advice.
5. Computation, Accounting and Analysis of Accounting Provisions.
6. Month-end and Year-end closing process includes completion of closing checklist and calendars.
7. Cost center allocation of expenses and re-classification of heads of accounts.
