Role: The position manages the existing manufacturing facility for key deliverables on Health & safety, Quality, Productivity& Sustainability with a team size of 101 people from different nationalities.
The role carries additional responsibility of leading the upcoming projects as Project lead from the selection, comparison, negotiation and sourcing of process equipment as well as utilities to their successful commissioning.
Position Held: Plant Manager,
Having direct reports in Production Manager, Product Development Manager, Engineering Manager, Stores Manager and in turn reports to General Manager.
Role: The position is responsible for successful commissioning of a Spray drying plant, meant for drying Gum Arabic powder and Instant milk powder with a capacity of 30 MT/day. Post commissioning, shall be responsible for overall functioning of the plant against set deliverables to make it a sustainable business. Role includes Team development, Continual improvement and New product development.
Position Held: Plant Manager (Powder plant) having direct reports in Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Out bound Stores Manager and in turn reports to Operations Manager.
Position Held: Production Manager - Processing, having direct reports in Continuous Improvement Manager, Team Managers and in turn reports to Manufacturing (Factory) Manager.
Role: The position handles 2.5 million liter of Milk/Day producing more than 20 different products in a fully Automated Manufacturing Facility with a team size of 110 people from multi lingual trans-national demographics.

The position was in charge of overall Yoghurt production and 10 filling lines, responsible for achieving daily/monthly production targets within budgeted price in a safe work environment qualifying the set standards with a team Size of 90 people and in turn reports to Production Manager .
Joined the organisation for the green field project of Spray drying, role included the responsibility of successful erection & commissioning of the project within set timeline complying with Quality and Standards. Subsequently took up the responsibility for successful running of the spray drying section as Incharge Spraydrying reporting to the Production Manager.
The role looks after the overall activities as Shift in charge from milk intake to processing and filling of products in an 8 hr. shift. Responsibility includes achievement of productivity target with quality products in safe environment.
