o Overall implementation & consumption of all F&B policies & procedures related to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, consumptions, costs, qualities, menus, special parties and others
o Performance evaluation of all Department Heads and approving the same (submitted by their Department Heads for F&B employees)
