Role:
* Lead and remain an integral part of Strategic business formulation team helping company to articulate Mid and long
term vision for the business .
* Implementing the business plan and ensure results are achieved within timelines and budget .

* Develop relationships with Influencers and consultants to promote Godrej brand .
* Working towards turnaround of business from open credit to secured transaction leading to near zero bad debt.
* Developing strategies aimed at retention/enhancement of existing market share across the assigned territory
* Hiring, training, empowering and retaining key contributors
* Devising pricing and commercial policies aligned to market expectations and company directives
* Appointing new dealers and supporting respective managers in discussions with key clients, vendors and suppliers
* Monitoring Territory Managers for developing strategies for respective countries and functions; Guide project and support
