Responsible for leading multi-discipline engineering teams, inclusive of specialist workshare resources, to
deliver brownfield modification engineering projects.

• The scope the contract project,
• The PMO team for Engineering and Design work carried out at Qatar working closely with Samsung(EPC) and
QatarEnergy LNG.
• Provide support to the EPC Team in all aspects of the works, with a strong interface within the EPC Project
Management(Samsung).
• Managing the Project Execution, engineering design, QCD, RLIC Approvals and Coordination with GID for
Engineering execution.
✓ Project Manager of General Engineering Services Contracts, Approx. 2, 00, 000 Man-hrs. and Approx. $ 40 M
• Accountable and responsible for overall delivery of Project Management, Contract Management Services for
secondment of Various resources at Customer offices and Execution of all Minor, Medium and Major Projects
in a program of continuous brownfield projects under the Contract for Petrochemical facilities.
• Project Accountability for Managing HSE (Received 2 Safety Awards), Quality, Schedule, value creation,
Sustainability and cost for portfolio of project..
• Project Management and Delivery of Portfolio of projects (100+ Nos). Total team size at Peak 100+ Personnel
• Multiple brownfield Projects, varying from Study, FEED to Detailed Engineering, Sub-Contract and Consultancy
Services, are being executed by an integrated Engineering and Project Management team from Doha office.
Various subject matter experts are also seconded at Customer Sites as owners Engineers.

• The Deep Conversion Project (DCP) will build a 50, 000 barrel-per-day coker, which will increase the facilitys
deep-conversion capacity and expand its ability to process heavy and sour crude oil. The project involves
various facilities Coker, VDU, DHT-3PSA and SRU units
• Project scope includes front-end and detailed engineering, procurement support and pre-commissioning
support.
• Responsible for Project engineering, Automation control systems design, Man-hour estimation, Core
Engineering activities and Quality Assurance system support. Project Engineering role included around 1 year
of residency in United states to support Home office.
• Managing the Project Execution, engineering design and documentation activities, including resourcing (team
of approx. 30), scheduling of work and cost control.

RasGas - Common off plot
• The RasGas Common Off plots are a significant expansion of storage and loading facilities at RasLaffan Industrial
