The most challenging in my career till date. As a Hygiene Officer with M/S Intercat, I had been able to introduce and implement HACCP, Introduce the latest developments in the field of Hygiene on a practical basis and upgrade the level of the company from category ‘C’ to category ‘B’ in the Dubai Municipality listing. (The last event was brought about in a short span of 3 months)
