Quality control of all painting activities- such as paints material verification, pre-blast preparation, blasting and painting inspection, quality control checks after painting
Quality control of all thermal (hot and cold) insulation activities
Preparing, arranging, leading and supervising subordinates and subcontractors for execution of all tasks for meeting the project requirement within time; mapping and checking work-in-progress as per project specification.
Organizing comprehensive work completion and prepared progress reports based on the work completed.
Coordinating with clients and company management for blasting and painting works.
Monitoring calibration records of the inspection instruments.
Authenticating insulation materials such as Ceramic Wool, Foam Glass, Armaflex, GRP, Poly Isocynurate (PIR), Polyurethane Foam (Puf), Foam Glass, Glass Wool, Rock Wool Slab, Reinforcement Cloth, Filament Tape, Butyl Rubber, Stainless Steel Bands, Clips, Rivets, Cladding Sheets, Vapor Barriers, etc. as per approved specification.
Conducting surveillance during installation of cold and hot insulation foam glass / rock wool / glass wool, secure, vapor barriers, weather protection.
