Main Tasks;
Coordinated and chaired site meetings with contractors, clients and approval agencies and generate
minute of meeting (MOM)
Administers construction contracts of active construction projects
Determines amounts owing to the Contractor and issues certificate for payment, including monthly
progress payments, and final payments, based on field observation, assessment, and evaluation of
Contractor’s work.
Prepares and manages Change Orders, Variation procedures, Change Directives and conducts analysis
of contractor's submissions for changes and claims.
Implements claims avoidance and mitigation practices/strategies, and monitors the implementation of
approved contract changes.
Reviews contractual compliance of multiple contractors and monitors processes during construction,
testing, and commissioning phases.
Reviews overall construction project schedules delay. Communicates scheduled delay to top
management (Project Director, Contract Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager...)
Ensure that contracts are properly executed, analyze problems and initiate corrective measures, negotiate
with suppliers, draft amendments and monitor agreements between partners,
Lead and Monitoring Contract Close out with the other discipline’s Manager (Project Manager,
Construction Manager, QA/QC Manager, HSE Manager, and Engineering Manager).

Responsible of procurement (Prepare contracts documentation for purchasing department).
Managing projects budgets and keeping costs down.
Responsible for construction actions plan (master plan and micro-level planning).
Responsible for Piping & Mechanical erection operations in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.
Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained, coordinate with other Disciplines in site (QA/QC, HSE…).
Monitoring the daily work activities and updating daily, weekly & monthly Progress Reports.
Ensure that Fabrication Purchase Orders are raised in line with scheduled dates.
Attend daily / weekly progress meetings with client, PCM & EPCM and generate status MOM (Minute Of Meeting).
Reviews and confirm progress measurement of works activities, evaluation and reporting to project manager & director.
Coordination with PCM/EPCM engineers & others contractors for work related activities and give immediate resolution and easement of construction activities.
Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed budgets and time frames.
