Plan and assure supply of healthcare products across supply chain for UAE Military and act as a key point of contact for all medical supply related inquiries. My goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and GHQ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, customer services and outside units requirements
2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
3. Liaise and negotiate with UAE Armed forces and MLC " Medical Logistics Center".
4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
5. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
7. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce and outside units workforce ( Sharjah, Al-Ain, Al-Bateen )
8. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timelines targets.
9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
10. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Supply chain director.

Participating in the establishment of the demand plans through checking the availability of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouses in addition to collecting all the required data required for the demand forecasting process, as well as Conducting proper investigation in case considerable variations were found between the forecasts and actual sales. In addition to preparing and implementing shipping plans as well as building communication channels with the customers.

Acquiring new customers and managing assigned customer base in order to maintain and enhance the Mil-tek waste baling machines position in the local market as well as detailed studies and understanding of customer requirements.
