Description: construction of industrial projects:
• Q-Metal: is a factory with an area of 15000m2 for producing metal profiles consists of two production areas an open storage area and an administration building.
• QDMI: is a factory with an area of 17300m2 for roll forming production it has one production areas with an indoor storage area and an administration building.
Accomplishments:
• Finished the Q-Metal project within the time frame given and a cut down of 25% on the total cost by only using some subcontractors with application only contracts.
• Procurement of all materials used within the project to make sure of the specifications and quality to be within the approved range and the given budget.
• Made all the needed quantity surveys in actual after finishing and on A-cad before starting with a 95% accuracy rate.
• Developed an Excel application to manage and watch over the payments and cash flow throw out the whole timeline of the project.
• Developed an Excel application to plan the budget and time frame for the upcoming QDMI project with changes in the job laying to reduce the overall timeline needed.

Description: the project is a full water pumping system that contains:
• 13 pumping stations
• 11 water tanks
Connected together to get water to the mountainous area of Fifa in the southern part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accomplishments:
• Finished five of the 13 pumping station that was available within the given time by producing the raw materials and framework at one location and distributing according to a timeline application developed using Excel.

Description: the work consists of the construction of five overpasses and four underpasses.
Accomplishments:
• Prepared the official paperwork and accompanied letters regarding the stopping of the project because of a funding problem.

Description: The project is a bridge contains a system with eleven 34.9 meter precast, pre-stressed girders held by four piers and two abutments.

• Prepared all monthly bills of quantity based on the accomplishment letters and the consultant notes in the project.
• Preparing the road cross section drawings using the surveyor elevations in actual via A-cad and calculating the needed quantities for each layer.

• Made routine checkups on all surveying, and construction jobs with the consultant to see the overall accomplishment in comparison to the planned timeline.
