• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions (sales & customer payments) are posted to the general ledger in the correct accounting period.
• Follow-up with sales managers and customers to ensure that payments are received on time.
• Responsible for accounts payable invoices to be processed in a timely manner.
• Handling intercompany invoices
• Responsible for all bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure all import documentations are received and reconciled to the customs authority.
• Prepare journal vouchers for accruals and prepayments
• Ensure all VAT returns are submitted before the due dates
• Review Trial Balance on a weekly basis
• Handling Month-End Closing Activities
• Responsible for IKTVA activities
• Prepare all company’s accounts for the annual audit

• Pre-post and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and prepare analysis of accounts in Microsoft
Dynamics AX 2012.
• Create sales invoices and make sure to reach our customers.
• Follow up with the customers to collect the payments.
• Follow up with the customers related to non-payments, delayed payments.
• Pre-post and post transactions to journal entries related to A/R.
• Responsible for monthly A/R reports and assist with month end closing.
• Prepare and perform monthly customers’ reconciliations.
• Pre-post and post transactions to journal entries related to A/P.
• Responsible for monthly A/P reports and assist with month end closing.
• Prepare and perform monthly Vendors’ reconciliations.
• Able to read the financial statements
• Sending a yearly Financial Analysis Report to my manager.

2) Responsible to create and maintain data spreadsheets or enter data into the
organization database.
3) Provide the understanding of organization and proficiency throughout the
office and in other aspects of the company.
4) File major and minor documents in appropriate places in a timely manner.
5) Communicate with people within and outside the company.
6) Help the organization have the data necessary to start and finish projects.
7) Greet visitors, assist them with questions, and direct them to the appropriate
person, office, or division.
