• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions (sales & customer payments) are posted to the general ledger in the correct accounting period.
• Follow-up with sales managers and customers to ensure that payments are received on time.
• Responsible for accounts payable invoices to be processed in a timely manner.
• Handling intercompany invoices
• Responsible for all bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure all import documentations are received and reconciled to the customs authority.
• Prepare journal vouchers for accruals and prepayments
• Ensure all VAT returns are submitted before the due dates

Dynamics AX 2012.
• Create sales invoices and make sure to reach our customers.
• Follow up with the customers to collect the payments.
• Follow up with the customers related to non-payments, delayed payments.
• Pre-post and post transactions to journal entries related to A/R.
• Responsible for monthly A/R reports and assist with month end closing.
• Prepare and perform monthly customers’ reconciliations.

• Responsible for monthly A/P reports and assist with month end closing.
• Prepare and perform monthly Vendors’ reconciliations.
