I helped in creating the broad map and strategy of the Entrepreneurship Incubation program. Moreover, I passed through deep and extensive research to collect ‘best-practices of operations and benchmarks of incubation programs’ in developed as well as developing countries. Furthermore, I coordinated and launched three projects within the program that were implemented simultaneously and ensured the synergy of the projects to each other and to the vision of the Incubation Program. I succeeded in executing the three projects in a timely manner, according to a preset plan, objectives, outcomes, and financial and administrative targets, and I supported in maintaining updated records of each project, creating its financial analysis, evaluation and monitoring of each project according to predetermined milestones.

I used to do medico-market research for many of pharmaceutical products and create brief marketing strategy in accordance with the Brand Managers to products of the largest multinational pharmaceutical companies. I was able to identify and clarify the main challenges against these products, define business issues, weakness and strengths and throw the limelight on opportunities. I used to medically revise and validate data in detailed aids used in marketing and advertising of pharmaceutical products.
