Generate and close leads, educate prospect customers, fulfill needs and satisfy wants of customers appropriately and turn prospective customers into actual one. The successful questioning to understand a customer's goal and requirements relevant to the product, the further creation of a valuable solution by communicating the necessary information that encourages a prospect customers to meet their needs at an economic cost and at an effective time. As a salesperson, making sure that no sales opportunity is lost.
Main Duties:
• Serving and providing support to existing customers as well as establishing new customer base and network.
• Understanding customers' needs and requirements and recommend the best offers and promotions to the customers at different categories and market segments.
• Liaising between prospect customers and the Sales Department to successfully convert these prospect customers into actual customers and generate sales.
• Following up sales leads to cross-sell company products and services through inbound calls and outbound calls altogether
• Closing business deals with prospective as well as existing customers through close customer interaction, sales enquiries and follow-up.
• Identifying and developing marketing and promotional opportunities for maximizing sales and generating profit for the business.
• Reporting sales performance to management and building strong relationship bond with customers.
• Handling customers' calls (inbound and outbound) at the Customer Service Centre with professionalism and talent.
• Handling Customers' complaints and objections effectively and resolving it immediately.
• Serving clients, identifying their needs and providing the best impression to customers' mind.
• Seeking customers' satisfaction through resolving complaints immediately on the spot and escalating their valuable suggestions to the management for further service enhancement.
• Putting the customers' needs as an initiative priority - believing that the customers are always right and putting their needs first and foremost.
