Generate and close leads, educate prospect customers, fulfill needs and satisfy wants of customers appropriately and turn prospective customers into actual one. • Closing business deals with prospective as well as existing customers through close customer interaction, sales enquiries and follow-up.
• Identifying and developing marketing and promotional opportunities for maximizing sales and generating profit for the business.
• Reporting sales performance to management and building strong relationship bond with customers.
• Handling customers' calls (inbound and outbound) at the Customer Service Centre with professionalism and talent.


• Handling Customers' complaints and objections effectively and resolving it immediately.
• Serving clients, identifying their needs and providing the best impression to customers' mind.
• Seeking customers' satisfaction through resolving complaints immediately on the spot and escalating their valuable suggestions to the management for further service enhancement.
