Main mission of the post:
• Responsible for monitoring the application of the procedures, rules and provisions in force for the protection of the environment, health and safety of personnel and property during activities; In accordance with the requirements of ISO9001: 2008 ISO1401: 2004 OHSAS 18001: 2007
• Advise building site managers in decision-making in the field of HSE.
• Developing awareness of the line of command and ensuring that HSE is an integral part of the work site objectives;
• Perform inductions of staff: newly recruited, visitor, subcontractor;
• Establish contingency and contingency plans and periodically monitor their efficiencies;
• Establish and implement internal safety and environmental training programs for all mission personnel;
• Schedule and perform periodic inspections and audits of all site equipment and facilities;
• Report all action points and anomalies to line managers;
• Prepare reports of investigation reports and incident reports;
• Prepare monthly reports and periodic HSE bulletins in accordance with the QHSE integrated management system and company guidelines;
• Establish, update and train the fire response team;
• Manage the stock and equip all staff with personal protective equipment;
• Manage fire protection;
• Disseminate the HSE documentation to the different sections of the site;
