Promoting facilities to fresh and existing customers.
Handling cash, lending, petty expenses, product sales, customer service, attendance, vacations, complains and Health and Safety standards in accordance with the Company’s standards and procedure.
Provides a superior level of customer relation and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation to achieve branch goals.
Conduct products inventory
Arrange the staff training to ensure that they are up to date with the new techniques, fashion trends and Salon products to improve their skills to satisfy the customer’s needs
Attend the yearly beauty exhibition to be updated with the new trends.
