Maintain and monitor requirement part, create purchase order and follow up the status of the purchase order, review and approve quote for repair order and monitor the status of repair order, coordinate with vendors regarding purchase and repair orders, create and submit validation for payment and liaises with finance department to ensure the invoices are paid, liaises with shipment department regarding shipment process of the order, and provide additional data request from other division related to the orders.
Organizing Industrial Engineering practicum in the field of production system, guide and teach student for practical class, prepare class material and exam, managed student to do their task, report to the lecturer about learning process.
Student staff in the administration manage administrative aspects such as registering for language classes, dividing classes according to needs, input data, and guiding exchange students in introducing Indonesian language and culture.
While studying, I took part in several activities such as internships and part time work. During internship, I was invited directly by the supervisors to discuss the company's shortcomings and how to fix them. I participate in the village community to develop home businesses owned by villagers. I also became a Lecturer Assistant Production System Laboratorium that responsible to assist student in solving problem, managed student to do their task, report to the lecturer about the learning process.
