papa johns pizza is my third experience of the hospitality industry where i have joined as a restaurant manager.Being the restaurant manager i have handle the complete responsibility of the restaurant looking into expected of the business, production, service, people and marketing.I was responsible person to leading team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales target.
day to day supervise the team member to achieve high standard of cleanliness, customer service and safety of the outlet.on my top priorities learning about the various system and handling customer complaints, pass the report to the senior.
Burger king is the first food outlet to start my hospitality carrier where i have been team member .i have learned a lot about the hospitality system, trained well as a crew member on the key policies of HACCP and food hygiene, then promoted as a restaurant supervisor where i look into the operations of the restaurant bringing more sales and increase the profitability of the outlet, handling customer complaint and train the new crew member.then promoted as a shift manager, my job profile includes overlooking into the restaurant operation, maintaining high standard of service and quality of food to achieve the budget.
