Follow up with client for Invoice and payment clearance to maintain the proper cash flow.

Review and acknowledge change order with end user

Continuous monitoring on assigned project progress through weekly reports, review meetings, milestone achievement.

Review and release of Purchase requisitions from engineering support team for external procurement of required material

Review and release of Sub Vendor Purchase Orders

Attending Kick off Meetings, Progress Review meeting with Client and other stake holders, HAZOP Meetings, 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review meetings.

Continuous and close monitoring on revenue forecast and % of completion milestone, Project Margins

Active Participate in Cross function team meetings for project progress and review

Work load assignment, project plan and schedule, Follow up with team and keeping records on assigned location.

1. Project Management in terms of project schedule, cost control
2. Technical document review with client & engineering
3. Vendor document verification for procurement release
4. Vendor followup for documentation & timely delivery
5. Support to commissioning team for on site project execution
6. Conducting project review meeting with client, internal, vendors for project progress

1. Verifying vendors offer technically as per requirement & finalization of specification.
2. Work load distribution to team members & monitoring the progress of team on daily basis.
3. Attending kick off meeting, HAZOP Meeting, design review meeting for project progress.
4. Preparation of Instrument specification data sheet as per applicable project specification.
5. Preparation of Logic diagram, control philosophy, I/O List.
6. Development of hook up drawings, instrument index sheet, cable schedule & terminal plan.
7. Development of P & ID as per standard symbol philosophy & process requirement.
8. Preparation of spare list. E-SPIR as per requirements.
9. Generation of logic diagram, control philosophy, control narrative & loop wiring diagram as per process
10. Aware of standards like EN, IEC, API, NEMA, ANSI, Shell DEP, MESC.
11. Knowledge of Hazardous area classification, gas group, ATEX certification, DGMS certification.

1. Preparation of project schedule in MSP/excel, project progress report monthly / weekly, project plan & activity chart in excel.
2. Monitoring project cost as per available budget.
3. Inter dept co-ordination for project progress with engineering, quality, purchase, workshop, etc.
4. Preparation of document & drawing control index for documents updated & timely review.
5. Verifying vendors offer technically as per requirement & finalization of specification.
6. Attending kick off meeting, design review meeting for project progress.
7. Preparation of Instrument specification data sheet as per applicable project specification.
8. Preparation of Logic diagram, control philosophy, I/O List.

13. Aware of standards like EN, IEC, NEMA, ANSI.
14. Knowledge of Hazardous area classification, gas group, ATEX certification, DGMS certification.
15. Vendor development, inspection of Automation & Electrical system \[MCC Panels Motors\].
16. Verifying automation configuration, logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, SLD.

1. Preparation of Instrument specification data sheet as per applicable project specification.
2. Preparation of Logic diagram, control philosophy, I/O List.
3. Development of P & ID as per international standard symbols & process requirement.
4. Development of Ladder logic as per control philosophy & logic diagram.
5. Development of Hook up drawings, Instrument index sheet, cable schedule & terminal plan.
6. Selection of instruments & verifying vendor technical offer as per requirement.
7. Attending kick off meeting, design review meeting for project progress.
8. Inspection of automation system & electrical system as per approved drawing & requirements.
9. Commissioning of Burner management system for boilers & furnaces.
